Mail “Just Listed” cards to target market & Mail “Just Listed” letters to neighbors 14. Submit ads to Northwest Florida Daily News 15. Follow up for feedback from Realtors® who show the property 16. Contact you regularly with marketing progress report 17. Review marketing activities with you 18. Hold Open House Reception (at your request) 19. Advertise Open House on websites 20. Follow Up with open house guest with a thank you card and reminder of property highlights 21. Pre-Approve potential buyers 22 . Present and discuss all offers on the property with you 23.
